How to Add Screening Questions to a Job Req

Custom screening questions will streamline the hiring process by filtering candidates.


Adding Screening Questions

  1.  Sign in at https://app.journeyfront.com/login
  2. Click "JOB REQS" on the top navigation bar.topperJR
  3. Select the Job Title to add screening questions to.

  4. Click "SETUP".su11
  5. Then click "Screening Plan" on the left side panel.

  6. Click "Add Step" if this is a new Screening Plan.sp556
  7. Then name the step and click "+ Add Activity". adac1
  8. Click "+Add Screening Questions".

    Select either "No thanks- Let's start from Scratch" or "Use this template".
  9. Click the arrow next to the activity name.

  10. Click "+Add Question to Activity".aqa
  11. Find the preferred the screening question then click "+Add". 
     
    The screening question will be added to the activity.
