How to add company measurements

Company measurements is the place you can go to see all the measurement types you are using across your company. Below will detail each Measurement type, its use, and how to create them.


First, it's important to define each measurement type:

Personal Assessments: Are the assessments that Journeyfront has created which include but are not limited to Competency, Values, Personality, and Interest assessment. 

Employee Questions: This measurement type is used to ask your employees questions after they are hired. 

Pre-Screen Questions: Questions that are used in the screening phase of your application process. They are answered and filled out by applicants. 

Interview Questions: These questions are used by hiring teams to assess employees whether they are in person or over the phone or even video. You can use these questions to better understand the potential employee before you make the final hiring decision.

Employee Performance: These questions are used for employees after they are hired to measure their performance. 


Personal Assessments

  1. Sign in at https://app.journeyfront.com/sign-in
  2. Click on the gear icon to the left of your name in the top right corner.
  3. Click “Measurements” on the right of the page
  4. Click on “Personal Assessments”

Once there you can see the different items and their attributes being measured in Journeyfront’s assessments. 


Employee Questions

  1. Click “Employee Questions”
  2. Click “+ Questions”
  3. Enter in the question name and question
  4. Click “Save”
  5. Fill out the required Fields
  6. Click “Update”

This question can now be used in any profile for the purpose of gathering employee information. 


Interview Questions

  1. Click “Interview Questions”
  2. Click “+ Question”
  3. Fill out the required fields making sure to select the right attribute and scoring criteria. Using the “Templates” will make this process easier
  4. Click "Save"

The question can now be used in any smartreq when assessing applicants.


Employee Performance

  1. Click “Employee Performance”
  2. Click “+ Questions”
  3. Fill out the provide fields and click “Save”
  4. Click the “+Outcome” on the Edit employee performance question module
  5. Select the outcome you are looking for and the field type typically this is a number field for performance data that is scaled to a 1 to 5 rating.
  6. Click “Update”

Now that the performance question is saved it can be used in any Job profile and employee evaluation you feel the question applies too
