How to Use the Job Req "Overview Dashboard"

Learn to use this dashboard to see general information about the job requisition

Using the Dashboard

  1. Sign in at https://app.journeyfront.com/login
  2. Click the “Job Req" tab in the top navigation bar
  3. Select the Job Requisition you would like to view and go to the ‘Dashboard’ page


  4. If not selected by default, on the ‘Dashboard’ page, select "Overview" from the menu
  5. To view all of the Controls (filters), click the chevron in the upper right.  You'll now see all of the controls that will assist in narrowing the data parameters for your search
     
    1. Application Date - define the dates that you would like to see
    2. Candidate Status - A candidate's current status in this job req. (Hired, Rejected, etc.)
    3. Source Type - The type of origin or channel through which the candidate began applying to the job (eg. Social media, Job Board)
    4. Source - The specific origin or channel through which the candidate learned about and applied for the job (eg. Facebook, Referral)
    5. Assigned User - Hiring personnel or team member that is currently assigned to the candidate
  6. Scroll down to see the first set of visuals 
    1. These are basic KPIs for all applicants. This is basic data for all candidates in the job requisition
    2. Using filters can be helpful for looking at counts of applicants of a specific type

  7. Scroll down again, until you see the next pair of visuals
    1. New Applicants Over Time - How many candidates have applied to the job req over time. Hovering on this visual will lead to seeing drill down/up buttons on the top right of the visual. These can be used to switch between time units (years, quarters, months, days)
    2. Applicants by Status - Basic counts of applicants based on their status in Journeyfront

  8. The next set of visuals shows the distribution of candidates
    1. Applicant Overall Score Distribution - The score distribution on the left is a basic distribution of candidate overall scores. This can be used to understand what a “good” score might be 
    2. Rejection Reasons - Basic count of applicants rejected based on their rejection reason. For a more in-depth analysis of rejections and fallout, switch to the ‘Funnel Analytics’ dashboard

  9. Scrolling down will reveal the final visual in this dashboard. 
    1. Applicant Detail - Basic data by candidate this can be exported for your teams to produce your own analytics
