Learn to use this dashboard to track team interviews and the effectiveness of interview guides and hiring team members.
Using the Dashboard
- Sign in at https://app.journeyfront.com/login
- Click the “Job Req" tab in the top navigation bar
- Select the Job Requisition you would like to view
- Click on 'Dashboard' and if not already selected by default, select "Interviews" from the menu
- To narrow your search on interview data, click on the word "Controls" or click on the drop down arrow on the right hand side to access the controls/filters
- Interview Date - Define the dates that you would like to see
- Interviewer - Hiring personnel or team member who completed the interview
- Interview Guide - A structured set of questions and prompts used for conducting interviews
- Source Type - The type of origin or channel through which the candidate began applying to the job (e.g.. Social media, Job Board)
- Source - The specific origin or channel through which the candidate learned about and applied for the job (e.g.. Facebook, Referral)
- To minimize the 'Controls', click on the word ‘Controls’ or on the dropdown arrow

- Total Interviews - Total count of interview submitted in Journeyfront.
- Avg. Interview Score - The average score for all interviews submitted
- Total Est. Interview Time - Total time spent interviewing, and registering from when the interview is opened to when it is submitted. When this time is larger than 5 hours, it reverts to the default time for that interview.
- Avg. Interview Score Over Time - This is an over-time view of how the average score has changed. Useful in seeing if applicants making it to this stage are better qualified.
- Distribution of Interview Scores - A distribution of all interview scores in the job req. Used to see the effectiveness of your interviews (looking for bell curve distribution)
- New Interviews - A count of how many interviews have taken place over time
- Avg. Interview Score by Interview Guide - For each interview guide, the average score is given by all interviewers. The line represents the overall average. This visual can be used to quickly see if a guide needs to be adjusted (An average score of 4 or higher might indicate the questions are too easy - the opposite is true as well average score of 2 or below might indicate the guide is too hard)
- Interviews Completed by Interviewer - A count of how many interviews have been completed by each interviewer
- Interviews Completed by Interviewer Over Time - Using interview date, a count over time of interviews completed by each interviewer
- Avg. Interview Score by Interviewer - Average scores from each interviewer score that the interviewer gives on an interview, with color representing the guide used
- Avg. Interview Score by Interviewer and Candidate Status - Average score given by each interviewer to candidates based on candidate status
- Avg. Interview Score Over Time by Activity - The average score given by all interviewers, over time, for each interview activity
- Interviewer Activity by Interviewer - Report with all the details of each interview conducted. Exportable to CSV or Excel
