      How to Use Hiring Process Fidelity Company Dashboard

      Your hiring team can learn about trends and insights with this hiring fidelity dashboard.

      Hiring Fidelity

      1. Sign in at https://app.journeyfront.com/login
      2. Click "DASHBOARDS" tab on the top navigation bar
      3. From the drop-down menu in the top left corner, select "Hiring Process Fidelity Dashboard"

      4. Use the controls at the top of the dashboard to narrow your search

        1. Hire Date - define the dates you want to see
        2. Job Profile - select the profile of employees 
        3. Job Req - select the specific job req to show data
        4. Location - narrow down by city
      5. After you adjust the controls, the data will load in the dashboard as shown below
      6. At the top of the dashboard, you are able to view total candidates hired, percent of activities completed and also by location

      7. As you scroll down, you'll see activities complete by type, activities complete by activity, and activities completed over time

      8. Hover over any part of the graph to see more information
