How to use Dashboard Bookmarks

Learn how to save filter sets ('Controls') for Journeyfront Dashboards using our Bookmark feature

Save time and relevant filters using our bookmark feature.   For example: You're looking at the "Screening Questions" dashboard and you are only concerned with the data for last year and for a specific job req ("CSR").  By setting up the bookmark, you will be able to save the date parameters and the specific job req filters versus having to change those filters every time you view this dashboard.

Bookmarks are unique to each dashboard (tab) you are viewing. This means that saving a bookmark on one dashboard will not save that bookmark to another dashboard. This is due to the different filters that can be set up based on the dashboard (tab) you are viewing.

Dashboard bookmarks can be set up for just about every Company and Job Req dashboards.  The process is the same for setting up both, so for this example we will use Company Dashboards.

  1. Sign in at https://app.journeyfront.com/login
  2. Click the “DASHBOARD” tab at the top of the navigation bar
  3. Click on the dropdown arrow next to the blue dashboard name (in this example, "Candidate Overview") to get a list of dashboards.  Select the "Screening Questions" dashboard for this example.
