How to Update an Employee's Supervisor

Having the right supervisor associated with employees allows supervisors to view and manage their direct report data. Follow these steps to add or update employee supervisors.


Updating Supervisor Steps

  1. Sign in at https://app.journeyfront.com/login
  2. Click on the "EMPLOYEES" tab in the top navigation bar. UES
  3. Click the person's name to change their supervisor.UES.1
  4. Click on "Job Info" tab.UES1.2
  5. Enter in the supervisor's email.

  6. Don't forget to click "Save".

If the assigned supervisor cannot view their direct report check their security privileges.
