How to update an employee's supervisor

Having the right supervisor associated with each employee allows supervisors to view and manage the data of their direct reports. Follow these steps to add and update employee supervisors.

Steps to add & update employee supervisors

  1. Sign in at
  2. Click on the "People" tab in the top navigation bar
  3. Search for the person who needs a supervisor update
  4. Click the employee
  5. Click "Job info"
  6. Enter in the supervisor's email where indicated on the employee information module. 
  7. Click "Save"

The new supervisor will be able to view their direct report if they have the proper security privileges.
