How to Save views in Job Req Candidate Tab

Save Views is an organizational tool designed to reduce the amount of filtering recruiting teams might use. Follow the instructions below to use this tool to maximize efficiency and organization!

  1. Sign in at https://app.journeyfront.com/login
  2. Click on the “Job reqs” tab at the top of the page
    1. Choose the desired job req you want to create a new view:

  3. Once in the Job Req use the filters on the right to create a view of the applicants you desire
  4. You can also Edit Columns.  See this article for details (How to Edit Columns):

  5. Once you have the desired view of the applicant you want you can click Click on "Save Current Section as View’’

  6. Save the new view with a name you'll remember:

  7. You will see the following message at the bottom left of your screen:

  8. You will be able to see the saved view below the search bar :

  9. This view now can be used going forward greatly reducing the your time each time you need to see these specific filters and columns. Feel free to create as many new views as necessary!
