How to invite employees to participate in the Journeyfront assessments

Collecting data from your employees is one of the most important steps in the process of finding the attributes that lead to satisfied and successful employees. Follow these steps to start gathering this data from your people.

Invite new participants - AUTO EMAIL

An email will be sent to the specified email addresses inviting the person to participate in the assessment process.

  1. Sign in at https://app.journeyfront.com/sign-in
  2. Click on the "Profile" tab in the top navigation bar
  3. Click on the Profile you wish to invite the employee too
  4. Click "Actions" in the upper right-hand corner
  5. Click "Invite Participants"
  6. Enter the email addresses of the person you would like to add to the "Profile"
  7. Click Save

Invite new participants - EMAIL A LINK

A link will be generated that can be sent to invitees view email.

  1. Sign in at https://app.journeyfront.com/sign-in
  2. Click on the "People" tab in the top navigation bar
  3. Click on the "Profile" you wish to invite the employee too
  4. Click "Actions" in the upper right-hand corner
  5. Click "Invite Participants"
  6. Click "Copy"
  7. Send the link to anyone you would like to be added to the profile

 

Both invitation options will send a participating employee to the employee landing page where they will be able to log in and take the personal assessments.
