How to Invite Candidates to Apply for a Position

Send candidates a link to a specific Job Req with a customized message.


Inviting Applicants to Apply

  1. Sign in at https://app.journeyfront.com/login
  2. Click "JOB REQ" on the top navigation bar.topperJR
  3. Select the Job Title for this specific situation.

  4. On the top right select the "Actions" dropdown menu. INV1
  5. Click "Invite Candidates".

  6. The Invite Participants box will appear, with a link to send to candidates. Click "Copy" to then paste to easily share the link.

  7. This is what sending ONLY the link will look like for a candidate. 

  8. Another option is adding a custom message for the candidates.  Compose the message in the provided box and click "Save".

  9. This is what sending the link WITH a custom candidate message looks like.
  10. Custom messages are a great way to personalize the application, or to give candidates contact information for the recruiting team. But either way Journeyfront makes it easy to help candidates apply for a position.
