How to Invite Candidates to Apply for a Position

Send candidates a link to a specific Job Req with a customized message.


Inviting Applicants to Apply

  1. Sign in at https://app.journeyfront.com/login
  2. Select "JOB REQS" from the top navigation bar.
  3. Select the appropriate Job Req.



  4. On the right hand side of the Job Req menu bar,  click on the "Actions" dropdown menu.
  5. Select "Invite Candidates".


    1. Source:  If you are planning to use the invite link for a specific advertisement for a certain source, you can select the source from the drop down so when you copy the invite link and embed it into the advertisement, it has that source embedded in the link.  So when the candidate clicks on this particular invite, it will show that the candidate came from the source associated to the link you created.  
    2. Candidate Message:  Here you can create a short message that the candidate will see when they click on the invite link.  The Invite Participants box will appear, with a link to send to candidates, inviting them to apply, but before you select the 'Copy' button, let's look at a few of the options in this window.
    3. Image to Display: Here you can add an image url with the company logo or whatever image you may want to display once the candidate clicks on the invite link

  6. Once you have addressed the steps above, click on the 'Save' button and you are now ready to copy the invite link to either embed into an advert or to send to candidates.
