How to Import Candidate Lists

Follow these steps to Import Candidate Lists

1. Sign in at https://app.journeyfront.com/login

2. Click on the “Job reqs” tab at the top of the page

3. Choose the desired Job Req you want to import the candidates to:

4. On the job req, click on the button Actions, then on Import Candidates:

5. On the following screen, you will be able to import candidates via a .csv or .xlsx file by clicking on Drag and drop or select file to upload:

6. You can download an Example File for reference:

By downloading the Example File, it will look like this:

It is important to import the candidate information as shown in the screenshot “email,first_name,last_name, phone, source”.

7. Once you select the file to import candidates, you will have the option to send an invitation email to new candidates. All newly added candidates will receive an email inviting them to complete their application. After that, click the Import button.

8. After importing the candidates, the following page will be displayed.

Where you will be able to check:

  •  The total number of candidates successfully imported
  • Candidates not imported because they are duplicates: 0
  • Candidates not imported due to an invalid data format: 0
  • Lines in the file that were duplicates:
  • Lines in the file that were invalid:
  • Download Import Results

9. Once you have completed the process, click the Done button to view the import results.
