Make duplicates of your most frequently used Job Requisitions and reuse the template again and again.
Duplicating Job Reqs can be useful when the same position opens up a few times every year. For example, a sales position that has a quarterly hiring class can be duplicated so that the hiring classes is organized in Journeyfront.
Follow the instructions below to learn how to do this.
- Sign in at https://app.journeyfront.com/login
- Click "JOB REQS" on the top navigation bar.
- Click the Job Title to duplicate.
- Click "Actions".
- Click "Duplicate Job Req".
- When asked to confirm, click "Duplicate".
- The new Job Req will appear at the top of the list and will be titled "Job Req Name - Copy".
Please note that duplicating a Job Req only duplicates the settings, set up, and questions. It does NOT duplicate the candidates.
