How to Duplicate a Job Req

Make duplicates of your most frequently used Job Requisitions and reuse the template again and again.


Duplicating Job Reqs can be useful when the same position opens up a few times every year. For example, a sales position that has a quarterly hiring class can be duplicated so that the hiring classes is organized in Journeyfront.
Follow the instructions below to learn how to do this.

  1. Sign in at https://app.journeyfront.com/login
  2. Click "JOB REQS" on the top navigation bar.topperJR
  3. Click the Job Title to duplicate.

  4. Click "Actions".act2
  5. Click "Duplicate Job Req".

  6. When asked to confirm, click "Duplicate".

  7. The new Job Req will appear at the top of the list and will be titled "Job Req Name - Copy".

Please note that duplicating a Job Req only duplicates the settings, set up, and questions. It does NOT duplicate the candidates.
