How to create “Offer Details Templates”

“Offer Detail Templates” allow you to set default values for certain ‘key fields’ in your different Offer Letter Templates.  Once Offer Letter Templates and Offer Details Templates have been created, you can utilize both to quickly create Offers at the Job Req level (click here to see the “How to Generate Offer Letters” help article)

  1. Sign in at https://app.journeyfront.com/login
  2. Navigate to the 'Company Settings' page (click on the gear icon)
  3. On the left menu bar, click on “Offers”
  4. Then click on “Offer Detail Templates”
  5. This will open up the “Offer Details Templates” page
    1. If Offer Details templates have already been created, you’ll see a list of templates with the following data points:

    6. Enter in the Default value for those fields you want to define
      1. If you want the field to auto populate with the default value AND also be editable when creating the Offer Letter, do NOT select the “Lock default value” box.
      2. If you want the field to auto populate AND don’t want the field to be editable when creating the Offer Letter, select the “Lock default value” box.
