Below you’ll learn how to configure the “My Availability Interviews” page and why it is important. If you haven’t set up your “My Profile” for interviews yet, please see this article.
- Sign in at https://app.journeyfront.com/login
- Click on the “INTERVIEWS" tab in the top navigation bar, then select “My Availability”
- This is where you will identify your availability. The blue ‘Available’ blocks of time indicates the hours during which you are free for a candidate to select and schedule an interview. Best practice is to set up your availability with your normal working hours. When a candidate goes to select a data/time, they will only see options from 9-5 (in this example) minus the meetings you have scheduled on the calendar you linked in 'My Profile' setup. If you set up multiple calendars under “My Profile”, you can select which ones you want to use to show your availability.
- To narrow this down to the actual times you’re available, click on any box and it will change to white, indicating that you’re ‘Unavailable’ during that time (clicking on a white box will change it to blue/available). Click on "Save Availability" when done.
