How to Add a Scoring Criteria Template

Make a custom scoring criteria template to provide your team with the exact criteria you want to grade candidates on.

Adding Scoring Template

1. Sign in at https://app.journeyfront.com/login
2. Click on the gear icon on the top navigation bar.
3. Scroll down to the "Templates" drop down, on left side panel.
4. Click on "Scoring Criteria".
5. To add a new template, click "+Scoring Criteria".
6. Fill out the required fields:
   Template name
   Label
   Score (1 - 5 scale)
   and if you'd like to make it a Knockout option
7. If you choose to have knockout options, click the box next to the answer.
   This will automatically flag any candidate who chooses this answer.
8. Click "Save".                   
9. Now you will be able to use this scoring template in your questions. It saves time and helps your hiring process be consistent.
